CondoInternet is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our rapidly expanding team. Operating from our headquarters in the South Lake Union neighborhood, the CSR will be a customer advocate, tackling questions about billing and basic service issues, signing up new customers, and scheduling service installations (we schedule exact appointment times). The CSR will also be responsible for trouble-shooting customer connectivity to ensure optimal customer experience.
Our ideal CSR candidate is motivated by our mission to provide the best possible customer experience and has the kind of positive personality and personal skills that we strive to extend to our customers. The ability to talk effectively to technical and non-technical individuals and troubleshoot via phone and email is also key. A basic understanding of networking and home networking equipment is a bonus. Must be open to a flexible schedule, including nights and/or weekends.
Candidates will be required to pass a background test and drug screening.
